Cystoscopy Surgery in Lagos
Cystoscopy, also known as cystourethroscopy, allows a urologist to examine the interior of the bladder and urethra in great detail.
The cystoscope is inserted into the bladder via the urethra. The cystoscope is a lighted tube with lenses that is used to examine the bladder. The majority of versions are bendable, but others are rigid. The bladder is infused with water or saline by the cystoscope. The bladder wall is extended as the fluid reaches the bladder, allowing the urologist to see better.
