Quality and Affordability at St. Paul's Hospital

Finding healthcare affordable can be a complex issue, particularly when you are diagnosed with cancer. In contrast, my St. Paul’s Hospital experience was contrary to what I had in mind as I received the best care possible, but the prices were still affordable. Even on a limited budget, I have never been forced to make trade-offs regarding the care I receive. Through the hospital’s efforts to make healthcare available to all, fair pricing and financial assistance programs were the evidence.

They cooperated with me to explore the insurance coverage and, if necessary, to seek alternative forms of payment so that the price never became an obstacle to obtaining the care I needed. St. Paul’s Hospital allowed me to concentrate on my recovery without worrying about the financial side, which was very beneficial to my road to wellness and was much smoother and easier to manage.
